Physiological Psychology, Morgan, Clifford J. and Stellar, Eliot, McGraw-Hill Book Company, Inc., New York, 1950.

Text Book of Physiology, John J. Fulton, M.D., W. B. Saunders Co., Philadelphia, 16th Ed. 1951.

Psychology, William James, World Publishing Co., New York.

Hypnosis, Raphael H. Rhodes, The Citadel Press, New York, 1950.

Therapy Through Hypnosis, Raphael H. Rhodes, The Citadel Press, New York, 1952.

Suggestive Therapeutics, H. Bernheim, M.D., London Book Co., N. Y.

Hypnotism Today, Leslie M. Lecron and Jean Bordeaux, Grune & Stratton, New York.

Hypnotism, De Lawrence.

Hypnotism, Alex Wayne Bacon, Nelson Hall Co., Chicago.

Modern Hypnosis, Kuhn & Russo. Hypnotic Power, Bennett.

Science of Hypnotism, A. Cannon.

The Science of Hypnotism, Melvin Powers, Otten-heimer, Publishers, Baltimore.

Hypnotism, August Forel, M.D., Allied Publications, N. Y.

Encyclopedia of Stage Hypnotism, Ormond McGill.

Hypnosis and Suggestibility, Clark Hull, Appleton-Century, N. Y.

Hypnotism and Psychotherapy, Allied Book, N. Y. Hypnoanalysis, L. Wolberg, Grune & Stratton, N. Y.

Hypnosis in Modern Medicine, Jerome M. Schneck, M.D., Chas. C. Thomas, Publisher, Springfield.

Hypnotism, Andre M. Weitzenhoffer, John Wiley & Sons, Inc., N. Y.

Hypnotism Revealed and Techniques of Hypnosis, Melvin Powers, Wilshire Book Co., Los Angeles, Calif.

Hypnotism for Fun and Health, Dr. Clark R. Bellows, The Cathay Publishing Co., N. Y.

How to Make Money with Hypnotism, Harry Arons, Powers Publisher, N. Y.

Psychosomatic Medicine, Flanders Dunbar, M.D... Random House, N. Y.

The Development of Personality, C. G. Jung, Rout-ledge & Kegan Paul, London.
The above are just a few of the works on Hypnotism, but the list includes the most recent works as well as some of the old authorities. Of course, there are many older works on psychology like Freud, Jung, Mesmer, Charcot, Braid . , . but I would not advocate the acceptance of all the theories which were advanced by the old authors, since many of their theories have been disproved.
